  • Krijgsman Coaching places great importance on the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Policy, we aim to provide clear and transparent information on how we handle personal data. We make every effort to safeguard your privacy and, therefore, handle personal data with care. Krijgsman Coaching complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

This entails that, in any case, we:

  • Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided; these purposes and the types of personal data are described in this Privacy Policy;
  • Limit the processing of your personal data to only those data that are minimally necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;

Krijgsman Coaching processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to (contact) requests via the website;
  • Processing registrations for events, training sessions, or workshops;
  • Maintaining a financial administration required by the tax authorities;

  • Securing our website.

For the above purposes, we may request the following personal data from you:

The data you provide to us may be disclosed to third parties if necessary for the execution of the purposes described above. We use a third party for:

Is my data secured? Krijgsman Coaching values your privacy. We take care to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data against loss and unauthorized processing. All connections to the Krijgsman Coaching website, whether through a smartphone/tablet application or via an API link, are made through a secure SSL connection. If Krijgsman Coaching makes changes to the way personal data is handled, this will be announced through a change in the privacy statement. In case of significant changes, we will notify you via email.


You have the right to access, rectify, or delete the personal data we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or a part of it) by us or by one of our processors.
