Working in a multinational
Are you an expat (professional, manager) who has made several steps in a career in a multinational getting a bit too much pressure? Either because what has worked well for you so far (such as trying hard and solving problems) doesn't seem to work to take the next step; or because you notice that it costs you too much stress and therefore you are not necessarily becoming happier. In spite of your success.Stuck in work stress
I've had both: working too hard and success, and therefore not being as happy as I thought I would be, a having achieved more or less everthing I wanted. Certain ways of doing things can be hard to change! With coaching I found out which 'patterns of behaviour' did not work for me, and how I could relax those. As a result I became more and more free. A key shift was also to s change my external orientation (doing things because I thought others expect it of me) into an internal orientation (doing things because I think it is important) and my level of consciousness has increased enormously.
You can do it alone, but with coaching it goes faster!
What I can do you can too, and faster! I have brought together everything I have learned in a short and effective coaching process to take you from an external orientation to an internal orientation. The entire process revolves around the (also deeply philosophical) question 'Who am I?', and brings you back to 'the good life'.
